"Song of Solomon" is the oldest piece on this website, dating from 1956. It is also my first publication. Alas, "Mercury Music Corporation" no longer exists. (I can supply photostat copies from my own collection).

It was written for the Mills College chorus, and given a stunning premiere under the baton of the eminent American composer, and my teacher, Leon Kirchner.
